Lena Dunham: 'Girls' Parody On 'SNL' Was A 'True Honor'

Not only did Lena Dunham watch “Saturday Night Live’s” parody of her HBO series “Girls,” but she also said it was a “true honor.”

Dunham watched the bit, which featured Tina Fey joining the cast as an Albanian named Blerta, with Mindy Kaling.

In the sketch, new “SNL” cast member Noel Wells played Lena Dunham/Hannah, Cecily Strong was Allison Williams/Marnie, Vanessa Bayer played Zosia Mamet/Shoshanna and Kate McKinnon was Jemima Kirke/Jessa. HuffPost’s Mike Ryan called it the best sketch of the night. Check it out below.
